About Me

I am a security professional with over a decade of experience in the industry, and a few years of general system admin experience on top of that. I have a bachelor's degree from a prestigious online for-profit university that, as of this writing, has not yet been shut down for being a scam. I have worked for the US government, two Fortune 500 companies, and in the financial industry as an incident responder. I have a specific interest in malware, however it is seldom that I have a chance, or the time, to fire up a debugger or disassembler and tear apart a binary. That is the reason for this web site. It is a place where I will put any analysis for malware that I find interesting, haven't seen anywhere else, or uses interesting methods. There is a lot that I do not know, but I will be learning along the way while hopefully helping others get into malware analysis as well.
